Hey, what’s going on guys? Jon here with an update from Erik Buell Racing. Seems they are taking orders for their 2012 1190RS, of which only one hundred will be made. Judging from the serial number of 2-100 that I got when I clicked on over to the site, no one has ordered one as of today.
I don’t know if that’s an indication of the popularity of his company or the economy. But hey, can’t fault the guy for trying. I’ve also included a video below of the 1190RS’s engine being assembled.
Check it out. After the fast forwarded build, you get to here the engine start up.
For those of you interested, the song in the video is called Anthem X by, yup, none other than Erik Buell and the Tunderbolts.
Be sure to voice your opinion at Buell Boards.
Stay tuned for more updates, and be sure to order your copy of the 2011 print edition of Inline Performance Magazine HERE at half off the cover price for a limited time.
