Colin Furze & Direct Bikes’ World’s Longest Scooter Posted: 12 Aug 2011 10:00 PM PDT |
Hi guys, Paul here again. Colin Furze has built a 72-foot long scooter, that he believes is the worlds longest two wheeler. Located in Lincolnshire, England it was built from a 125cc scooter and modified with a stretched out frame with the help from DirectBikes. It also has seats for 25 people.
The scooter has already been driven for the Guinness Book of World Records at a speed of 35 mph for over a mile.
Now he just needs swap in a more powerful engine and construct another row of seats atop it and offer tours on the double decker scooter.
Mr. Furze has previously built stretched scooters in record breaking events.
